Terms

Payment Terms: For weekly and bi-weekly customers, pre-payment is preferred. 

You can pay online or with cash, check or money order. Please note that an advance payment will not be refunded except in cases where we do not or cannot fullfill your prepay contract.
After we have serviced your prepayed days you are no obligation to renew.
You can pay per time or prepay in advance. We prefer you only pay 4 weeks in advance. We do have a 4 mow minimum for to get the lowest rates. One time mows do have higher rates. 

Service Days: We work Monday through Friday. If needed we will use Saturdays to help make up for any rain delays. We will be in certain neighborhoods on certain days, and will provide you with a specific service day for your lawn. We make every effort to maintain the same route every week. After we have gotten into full growing season and our customer base route has filled up, you will see that our crews attempt to arrive about the same time each week. There are too many factors that could affect this, so we will not guarantee an exact time or specific time range each service day.

Rain / Weather Delays: We will mow in light rain or after the rain subsides. We do not mow in the rain, So, if it is raining on your scheduled service day, you can expect us later in the day if the rain subsides. If it rains heavily throughout the day, we will be there the next day, weather permitting. Multiple days of rain of course means we are multiple days behind schedule and can take several mowing cycles (weeks) to get back on schedule.

Schedule Changes & Skips: If, for any reason, you need to re-schedule, cancel or skip a service, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance We will make every attempt to make the change if you contact us 24 hours before the scheduled service, but with no guarantees. We will allow 3 skips per season. After a skip - your service will be picked back up on the next scheduled service date for your yard. We will not decide if your yard needs to be cut, so you will need to call or email us to cancel or skip a scheduled mowing.

Service Canceling: You may cancel your service at any time; there is no obligation by either party to continue service. We hope that you stay with us for the entire season and we promise we will make every effort to earn your business loyalty. However, if you cancel with us before the 4 mowing minimum, the less than 4 mowing rates will apply. Once again, if for any reason, you wish to skip a service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

Lot sizes: Our weekly & bi-weekly rates are based on standard size inside lots less than 10,000 sq. ft. Add $5.00 for corner, cul-de-sac and any oversized lots up to 20,000 sq. ft. For larger lots or lots with multiple levels or excessively steep areas or any lot that is out of the normal characteristic for our area, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with a personalized quote.

To help you determine your lot size - Multiply length X width to get the square footage:

Service Issues: Our goal is to strive for your complete satisfaction on every service. While we are unable to give refunds or credits, we will come back to correct and reasonable service issues, with out any additional charges, provided that you contact us within 24 hours of the service. Otherwise we will consider the work satisfactory. If you contact us after 24 hours it will be corrected for your next service.

Bi-weekly Service: Bi-weekly services are offered, but we do not recommend this service, especially in the fast growing season (May – August). Your yard growth may vary due to a variety of conditions. i.e. watering & fertilizing schedules, etc. We also will not cut the grass shorter than industry accepted standards, which recommend only cutting 1/3 off the grass height each mowing. Bi-weekly servicing lends itself to such problems as clumps of grass or appearing to be an uneven cut in the yard. Unfortunately we will not be able to send crews back to correct these issues or guarantee these services like we do on our weekly services.

Property Damages: If there is any property damaged by our crew, most common being hidden sprinkler heads, please contact us immediately (must be within 7 days) so we can make a timely professional repair at our expense. ** We will not honor any request for repair expenses for damaged property that we were not made aware and allowed to rectify beforehand.** If we are unable to repair the problem professionally we will make arrangements to hire someone who is qualified.

Yard Access: If you lock your gate, it must be unlocked for the full day of your regularly scheduled service or provide us with the combo lock password / combination. We recommend combo locks for those who wish to lock their yards. Please provide us with the password / combination and you won't have that worry to remember each week. **Sorry - we are unable to come back or issue any credit for not mowing inside a locked fenced area.

Pets / Yard Debris: We appreciate your letting us know if you have any pets that are kept outside so that the crews will be aware of them. Our crews will make every effort not to let your pet through the gate, but we cannot guarantee your pet will not escape from your yard. Please leave your pet inside on your scheduled service days. Please pick up all pet droppings, toys, large bones, large rocks, etc. the day before we mow. If hit by a lawn mower, these types of objects in your yard are hazardous to our workers and others, serious damage can occur to your property, our equipment and/or our crews.

Additional Services: pooper scooper service if you would like us to clean up before the mow. *We will not mow a yard with excessive droppings.
Spring Clean up includes leaves, flower beds, ect..
